Psychologically safe places to work.
What We Do
Customising a wellbeing approach based on risk and engagement and integrating the programme into current health and safety systems, will see a greater return on investment. Integration of wellbeing into job design and cultures is key to ensuring it is not simply stand-alone tactic, but rather a sustainable solution that is just the way wellbeing is done around here.
KEY INITIATIVES
We have assessed and developed wellbeing frameworks with supporting activity to Kinross Farms, meBank, ABL, the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute and the Reece Group.
Our Approach
Psychological risk factor analysis includes a combination of organisational assessment, worker surveys, group interviews and consultation with leadership to provide a comprehensive scorecard of the organisation.
Productivity Matters uses the professionally researched and recognised Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionaire (short version) to provide a baseline assessment of the workforce. We then repeat the assessment at the end of our program to measure the staff barometer.
This approach helps to inform the development of an organsiation-wide Psychological Risk Register, which is then used in consultation with various stakeholders to develop risk controls. Productivity Matters can facilitate or implement the delivery of these risk controls.
We have worked closely with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority in the development of their own risk profiles and assisted in the delivery of controls for a period of 18 months.
