Address the needs
of all workers,
not just the well
What We Do
In our experience, Wellbeing ‘done well’ requires understanding a workforce’s needs via identification of their physical and mental risks, and tackling these with approaches that meet the ‘journey stage’ which various cohorts are at in their path to wellbeing.
Customising a wellbeing approach based on risk and engagement and integrating the programme into current health and safety systems approaches will see a greater return on investment. Integration of wellbeing approaches into job design and health and safety systems and cultures is key to ensuring the it is not a ‘stand alone tactic’ to workforce wellbeing, rather it is a sustainable solution that is ‘just the way wellbeing is done around here’.
We have assessed and developed wellbeing frameworks with supporting activity to Kinross Farms, meBank, ABL, and the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute.
