This booklet educates drivers on driving hazards and includes information on whole body vibration impacts, safe access and egress to a vehicle, seated postures for health and comfort, Moving more (reducing sedentariness) and Calculating Risks proposed by driving. It is most suited to on the road sales or consultants groups and short haul truck drivers. It can be accompanied by a lunch and learn training session.
